We offer design and construction of pitched timber roofs along with tiling and slates, a complete range of materials are available.

Lead Work / Flashing

A full lead work facility is available including replacement flashings and waterproofing detailing.

Guttering

All makes of guttering fixtures & fittings are repaired maintained & installed. We also offer a gutter cleaning service to customers.

Soffit & Facias

We install all brands of high quality soffit and facia replacement board including Eurocell & Swish. The correct installation of these products is essential and should be carried out by a reputable contractor. As a service to homebuyers, we will carry out an inspection and provide a report and written quotation (including digital photographs if required) on the property you are purchasing.

The service costs £190 + VAT which is refundable should you instruct us to carry out the recommended works when the property is purchased.

Reclaimed Tiles / Roofing Materials

We offer a procurement service for second hand tiles and materials to match the existing tiles / materials that are in place.

Estimating

We offer a free estimating service to our customers and include digital pictures of the recommended work. We can supply references and pictures of previous work if required. Please call for any advice on the above products and services.
